According to Talk Nats, Jeremy De La Rosa will be promoted from the Fredericksburg Nationals to the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Jeremy De La Rosa was one of the best in Single-A with a .315 batting average and a .899 OPS. At just 20 years old, Jeremy De La Rosa is considered a top outfield prospect in the Washington Nationals organization.
