Well, that was bad. Today the Nationals faced the St. Louis Cardinals in West Palm Beach, FL for another tune-up before opening day, and let's say things didn't look too good for the Washington Nationals starting pitcher Aníbal Sánchez.
Actually, it wasn't a good afternoon for him, and hopefully, he gets all these bugs out of his system now and is ready for the regular season. Sánchez's final line for the day was 4 IP, 12 H, 10 ER, 3 BB, 2 K, 1 HR, 75 pitches, 48 strikes.
