According to reports, when the NL team steps onto the field for the first time, RHP Dodger Clayton Kershaw is expected to start the All-Star Game tomorrow at Dodger Stadium. Kershaw flirted with a perfect game for the second time this season in his last start against the LA Angels. Kershaw fell six outs short on a Luis Rengifo leadoff double in the eighth inning of the Dodgers’ 9-1 win over the Angels on Friday.
Watching Kershaw start the All-Star game in front of his home crowd in LA will be fun.
