ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wachtel Media LLC d/b/a The Nats Report and its members, managers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
Your use of the Services.
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.
