The Nationals opened a stretch of 10 straight games at Nationals Park with a 13–3 win over the Rockies last night. Daylen Lile powered the offense, homering, doubling and driving in a career-high five runs.

Cade Cavalli earned his 12th win after allowing three runs or fewer for the 26th time this season—the most such starts in Major League Baseball. The Nationals have won eight of their last 12 home games and are 16–15 at Nationals Park since June 13.

Washington is currently in the middle of a demanding stretch of 16 games in 16 days, with tonight marking Game 8.
