After taking two out of three against the Baltimore Orioles the Washington Nationals will kick off a three game series on Monday night against the Boston Red Sox in Boston. Tonight the Washington Nationals will send right handed pitcher Miles Mikolas to the mound who has a 2-6 record and an a 5.24 ERA. The Nationals will face left handed pitcher Ranger Suarez who has a 3-3 record and an a 2.83 ERA.

Yesterday, the Washington Nationals secured its fourth consecutive series win over the Orioles with a 6–4 victory at Camden Yards.

Luis García Jr. led the way with a three-hit performance, including two home runs, while Zack Littell picked up his seventh win after allowing two runs over 5.0 innings. PJ Poulin recorded his third save, closing out the final 2.0 innings.

The Nationals now hold a 26–17 (.605) road record, the third-best mark in MLB behind the Dodgers (28–16, .636) and Brewers (24–14, .632). Since April 25, Washington is 32–26 (.552) and has gone 10–3–1 across its last 13 series dating back to May 12.
