Game Preview: Harrisburg Senators face the Akron RubberDucks in game two of the week-long series

Harrisburg, PA - Tonight is game two of a six-game series between the Harrisburg Senators and Akron RubberDucks (Cleveland Indians). They finish the season next week at home vs Bowie.

This is the first meeting between the teams in Harrisburg. Akron took seven of twelve from the Senators in two series in Akron. LHP Alex Troop will take the mound for the Harrisburg Senators tonight. The last time Troop faced the RubberDucks was on June 26, when he tied a career-high eight strikeouts and also equaled his career high in innings.

LAST TIME OUT:

The Akron RubberDucks scored four in the fourth and five in the fifth on their way to a 12-4 win over the Harrisburg Senators Tuesday night at FNB Field. Akron took a 4-0 lead in the fourth before the Sens scored three times in the bottom of the fourth. Akron then tallied five in the fifth to take control of the game. Wilson Garcia doubled in the fourth to extend his hitting streak to 16-games.
