The Senators hand the ball to Alex Clemmey looking to build off his last outing earlier this series. Clemmey got a no decision in Game 1 of the series but pitched outstanding. Senators - Erie SeaWolves Game 5 Recap
LAST GAME RECAP

Another night and another game where the Sens couldn’t get things rolling offensively. Senators starter Josh Randall pitched 6 innings allowing 6 runs on 6 hits, walking 4 and striking out 7. There were moments in yesterday’s game where Randall was impressive. Erie has come up with timely hitting the last two games of this series and last night was no different. The SeaWolves were 3-6 with runners in scoring position and only left 5 runners on base. Meanwhile, the Senators struggled to get runners into scoring position and were 0-2 on the evening but left 8 on base. Reliever Jhancarlos Lara pitched an inning and struggled with his command walking 3 batters. Holden Powell added a scoreless inning in relief.

The SeaWolves offense got started with two big innings in the 3rd and 4th innings. Once again the top of their lineup had a good evening and ex Senator Viandel Pena once against provided key offense going 1-3 with 2 RBIs. The Senators offense, who didn't provide much of a threat the entire evening countered with six hits from six different players.

Erie strolled to a 6-0 win and to take their second game of the season and to take a one game lead on the season series.
