According to Washington Nationals manager Davey Martinez, Sánchezwill makes his season debut on Thursday when the Atlanta Braves come to town.

Sánchez has been out since Spring Training due to a cervical nerve impingement in his neck. Sánchez has been back on the mound for the last few weeks, working to get back to the big leagues, and will make his 2022 season debut.
