According to Chuckie Maggio of the Pickin Splinters website, the Washington Nationals are promoting outfielder Donovan Casey from Triple-A Rochester. Dee Strange-Gordon was scratched from the initial starting lineup the Nats posted earlier today for the game against the Pirates.
