According to the @DimaondReport_ on Twitter, the Texas Rangers are one of the teams that seem to be interested in trading for Juan Soto. From DimaondReport_'s tweet: "As the #Rangers and Nats have been in dialogue in the recent days, Jack Leiter remains the name bandied about the most. It’s difficult to imagine a deal between these two reaching the finish line without Leiter as the main piece heading back to DC."

TalkNats has an interesting perspective on why the Rangers might be interested in Juan Soto, and that is because "Texas focus is on 2023 and forward..."

In addition to the DimondReport mentioning the Texas Rangers, it looks like even Jon Heyman lists that the Rangers are "more involved in Soto talks."
