As another Washington Nationals season draws to a close with the setting sun, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of the Nats Report.
This season has been particularly challenging for both me and the Nats Report team. However, I'm pleased to acknowledge that, thanks to Haden, we've managed to sustain our daily Morning Briefing.
Our Morning Briefing continues to serve as the foundation of the Nats Report, and I'm profoundly appreciative of Haden for taking the reins as the lead author. I'm excited to share that Haden will continue to lead the briefing and contribute to other content going forward. This transition allows me the opportunity to step back and delve into crafting more long-form content about the Washington Nationals, curate exclusive member-only Weekly Round-Ups, and provide comprehensive coverage of the Nationals minor league teams: Rochester Red Wings, Harrisburg Senators, Wilmington Blue Rocks, and the Fredericksburg Nationals.
It's astonishing how another season has drawn to a close. While the Nationals didn't secure a playoff spot this year, the team made significant strides, as did we at the Nats Report. The most notable change for us was our move to the Substack platform. This shift has enabled us to promptly deliver the latest breaking news, game insights, and our Morning Briefing directly to you.
Throughout the offseason, we'll continue to keep you informed about the latest rumors, free agent signings, and everything in between. Moreover, we're thrilled to introduce two new writers who will expand our coverage of the Washington Nationals. Exciting times ahead! During the offseason, we'll continue to send out Morning Briefings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while the Week in Review will be published whenever significant news arises.
