Well, it seems that the Washington Nationals minor league system has been finalized. Yesterday, the Washington Nationals announced that the Wilmington Blue Rocks would become their High A team affiliate.
The Wilmington Blue Rocks join the Nationals after spending 26 of the last 28 seasons (1993–2004, 2007–20) as the Kansas City Royals Single-A Carolina League affiliate. They spent two seasons (2005–06) as an affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The Blue Rocks play their home games at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium, a facility that opened when the organization relocated to Wilmington, Delaware, in 1993.

It has been quiet for the Washington Nationals so far during this year's virtual Winter Meetings. However, back in Washington D.C., the team made some news by laying off 18 full-time employees, which is approximately 7.5% of their full-time business operations staff, due to the impact of COVID-19. Lastly, last night, Washington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto was named the MLB's All-Star first team. Todd Dybas from NBC Sports Washington has a write up about it. "Juan Soto was not a National League MVP finalist, but he did make it onto the first team All-MLB team revealed Wednesday night. Soto joined Mike Trout and Mookie Betts in the outfield of the league-wide team which was voted on by fans and a panel of experts. Each group split 50 percent of the vote."
