Washington Nationals And MLB Announce 2021 Spring Traning Schedule
Major League Baseball today announced that the 2021 Nationals spring training schedule will begin Saturday, Feb. 27 when they host the Astros at FITTEAM Ballpark of The Palm Beaches.
Today, Major league baseball announced the Spring Traning schedule for all the major league teams. The 2019 World Series Champions will kick off their spring training against the Houston Astros at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
As many of you know, the Washington Nationals share The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches complex with the Houston Astros. The Nationals will play 31 Spring training games, and their schedule kicks off on February 27 and ends on March 28 against the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Nationals will play against the Marlins (March 2, 9, 16, and 24), Mets (March 13, 22, 27), Tigers (March 19), and Braves (March 10).
Additionally, for the first time in 2021, FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches will host a pair of day/night doubleheaders featuring the Nationals and Astros. On March 13, the Mets will visit the Nationals in the afternoon, followed by Yankees-Astros at night.
On March 27, the Nats will host the Cardinals in the nightcap after an afternoon Marlins-Astros game.
