On Sunday, the Washington Nationals beat the Seattle Mariners 10-1 and secured their third consecutive series win thanks to a stand out performance by right handed pitcher Miles Mikolas who pitched 7.0 innings of scoreless baseball, striking out three and allowing only three hits. The Nationals offense once again was impressive, as every hitter in the lineup recored at least one hit. Leading the way, was OF James Wood who went 3-for-4 with a homerun, 2 RBI, a walk, and 2 runs. Catcher Keibert Ruiz continued his hot streak also going 3-for-4 with a homerun, 2 RBI and two runs scored.
