The long winding road back for pitchers Stephen Strabugh to return to the Nationals' mound is taking another milestone. According to multiple reports from the Washington Post and MLB.com, Stephen Strasburg is starting a rehab assignment with the Fredericksburg Nationals on Tuesday. The Fredericksburg Nationals will be home as they will face the Salam Red Sox. Additionally, Joe Ross is also scheduled to start a rehab assignment with the Harrisburg Senators.
