A Dylan Crews 3-5 day lifts the Harrisburg Senators into the win column this afternoon.

Harrisburg, PA. - This afternoon, Washington Nationals 2023 draft pick Dylan Crews helped the Harrisburg Senators secure a 7-4 win over the Erie Seawolves. The Senators are now 21-13 on the season and are 2nd in the EAS Southwest conference.

The Senators took a 4-0 lead after the first two innings before Erie cut into the lead with two runs in the 3rd inning. Both teams tacked on two runs to take a 6-4 game into the bottom of the 8th inning before the Senators added one more run in the 8th to extend the lead to 7-4.

RHP Brad Lord got the win this afternoon. He gave up two runs on three hits across six innings to improve to 3-1. He retired the last eight batters he faced.

Talking about the offense, OF Dylan Crews went 3-for-5 with two doubles and four RBI today to help the Senators win the game this afternoon. Crews are now riding an eight-game on-base streak. Dylan Crews doubled to clear the bases in the 2nd inning, plating three runs to extend the Senators’ lead to 4-0.

Jack Sinclair extended his scoreless inning streak to 11.2 innings with a scoreless inning, and Orlando Ribalta extended his streak to 13 innings as he earned his 3rd save. Jackson Cluff hit his first home run with the Senators this season in his 3rd at-bat.

The Senators and Erie SeaWolves play games three and four of their seven-game series with a doubleheader Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m. at FNB Field.
