According to Jesse Dougherty, "Delino DeShields will manage the Harrisburg Senators, the Nationals' AA affiliate, in 2023.DeShields was the Reds' first base coach last season. He replaces Tripp Keister. And Cody Ransom will join the org as its new infield coordinator, replacing José Alguacil.
