In his first week plus with Fredericksburg after being moved in the Juan Soto trade, OF James Wood has driven in 11 runs in his first ten games with the team, and in his first Fredericksburg Nationals' game after being called up, 2022 3rd rounder Trey Lipscomb hit a three-run homer in his first at-bat and drove in another run with an RBI single later in the game. 5th-round pick Jared McKenzie doubled and hit a three-run homer in his first two Fredericksburg Nationals at-bats on Thursday. McKenzie has at least two hits in three of his four starts for Fredericksburg, including three doubles.
