New York Court of Appeals rules in favor of the Nationals and against the Orioles in years-long MASN financial dispute

Well, color us surprised, but maybe this will be one step closer to ending the years-long fight between the Washington Nationals and the Orioles about TV rights. This morning, the New York State Court of Appeals ruled that "By affirming the confirmation of the second arbitration award and directing that the money judgment be vacated, we hold the highly sophisticated parties to the terms of their agreement.”

All six judges ruled in favor of the Washington Nationals.
