One of the many things that the Nationals missed out from winning the World Series is the ability of Davey Martinez to manage the 2020 All-Star Game. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 All-Star game was canceled and while it doesn't make up for the missed opportunity for Davey Martinez to be the head coach of the NL, it looks like the NL head coach Brian Snitker has made a great gesture.

It would just announce that Washington Nationals Manager Davey Martinez has been selected to be on the 2022 NL All-Star staff, along with Dave Roberts from the LA Dodgers who won the "2020 World Series"
